Farmhouse, c.1850. 1½ storeys, attics 3 windows. Red brick with gault brick quoins; dentil eaves with dentils continuing up into 3 facade-gables, steeply pitched. Fish-scale tiled roofs; gable chimneys of red brick with blue headers in diaper pattern and chamfered flues with oversailing caps. 2 and 3- light windows with gault brick hoodmoulds and small-pane wrought iron casements. 1-storey flat roofed red brick open entrance porch; 6-panel door.
