Description

Lord Bristol's Monument is an obelisk built to honor Frederick, the 4th Earl of Bristol and Bishop of Derry, who died in 1804. This impressive structure is made of limestone and features a needle-like shape atop a square pedestal base, reaching a total height of approximately 50 feet. One side of the plinth has a dedication in bronze lettering, while the opposite side displays another inscription in Latin.
