Description

Stone Cottages, a mirrored pair of cottages from the early 19th century, stand two storeys high with two windows each. They are constructed of flint with red brick quoins and feature a hipped slated roof with projecting eaves and gault brick chimneys. The cottages have 2-light 19th century casements with limestone lintels that are chamfered and adorned with carved hood-moulds. Each light contains rectangular panes, with trefoil-headed panes in the upper sections. The entrance doors are panelled and from the 20th century, although one door is now blocked.
