Description

Armswater Cottages is a terrace of three estate cottages built around 1830. The cottages are two storeys high, with each cottage featuring two windows. They are constructed from Gault brick and have slated roofs topped with two axial Gault brick chimneys, each having four square chamfered flues. The windows are designed with gauged brick flat arches, splayed reveals, and two-light casements. The entrance doors are four-panelled and are adorned with open-pedimented canopies made of limestone supported by knee brackets.
