Description

Moorside is a 17th-century house that stands one and a half storeys high with attics. It features a timber-framed structure that is rendered, topped with a thatched roof that is hipped at the right-hand end. There is a gabled thatched dormer with casement windows and an axial chimney made of gault and red brick. The house has 20th-century small-pane casements and a flat-roofed entrance porch with a glazed door added in the 20th century. Additionally, there is a lean-to extension at the left-hand end, which is either from the 19th or 20th century and has a pantiled roof.
