Description
Benningham Hall Cottages were formerly one dwelling and are now two cottages. The building consists of two sections: the western section is a parlour block dating from the late 16th century or early 17th century, while the adjoining eastern section is likely older. Both sections have mid-20th century flat-roofed additions. The cottages are timber framed and plastered, topped with pantiled roofs. The parlour block is two storeys high, and the adjoining section is one and a half storeys. The windows are mid-20th century metal casements with small panes, and there is one flat-roofed dormer. The entrance doors were also added in the mid-20th century. The parlour block features a rendered gable stack at the junction with the adjoining section. The interiors have not been examined.
