Description

The gates and railings along the road frontage, located 10 metres north of Feld House, date from the early 19th century. They feature a pair of wrought iron carriage gates with spearhead standards and an enriched frieze at mid-height. The square cast iron piers are open at the upper level, with each face decorated with diamond and tulip flower motifs. There are nine bays of railings along the street frontage, set on a dwarf wall made of gault brick. The railings have spearhead standards and cast iron pillars with cable-patterned shafts and spike finials. This structure is included for its group value.
