Description
Boundary Farmhouse is a former farmhouse dating from the 16th century or early 17th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and has a pebbledash-rendered exterior. The roof is covered with glazed black pantiles and the building likely consists of three cells. It has two storeys and features three windows, which are 19th-century sashes with six and eight panes. The entrance is through a lobby with a gabled porch that has decorative bargeboards and a six-panel door. To the left, there is a one-storey splayed addition that has an eight-paned sash window at the front. Inside, there is an internal stack with an axial shaft, primarily made of narrow red brick. The interior has not been examined. Part of this house is located in Cotton civil parish.
