House. C17 or earlier with later alterations. Plastered timber frame with brick alterations. Plain tile and pantile roofs with gabled ends. Brick axial stacks. PLAN: Overall L-shaped on plan. 2-room plan front range with central entrance. The left hand room heated from axial stack might be an addition or the eaves of this end have been raised. The right hand room is heated from a stack at the back with back-to-back fireplaces, serving the room in the rear wing behind. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 2:1 windows, left hand 2 windows with raised eaves. Plastic casement windows with glazing bars. C20 gabled porch at centre. Plastic casement windows at side and rear. INTERIOR: Right hand (S) room and room in rear wing share stack with back-to-back fireplaces with timber lintels and have chamfered axial beams. Roof structure not seen.
