Description

Pond Hall is a timber-framed and plastered house dating from the 16th to 17th century, featuring an L-shaped plan with a cross wing. The upper storeys are jettied, and the south front has a ground storey that has been built out in brick with buttresses. The upper storey on the west side displays exposed timber-framing. Most of the windows are 2-light casements with glazing bars, and the roofs are covered with tiles. Inside, the building is said to incorporate an earlier frame and has exposed beams.
