Description

A pair of estate cottages dating from the late 19th century, built for Sir Richard Wallace. The cottages are constructed of red brick with a half-hipped plain tiled roof. They are one storey and have an attic. The windows are casements with glazing bars, set within segmental brick arches with drip moulds. There are gabled dormers featuring top-hung lights and glazing bars. A brick modillion course forms a moulded cornice gutter. The chimneys are elaborately moulded from brick. The cottages have two entrances: one is a panelled door with a half-glazed section.
