Description
St. Vulcans is a house, probably dating from the early 18th century, with a T-shaped plan. It features a timber frame, with brick casing on the left-hand and rear gables, part of the building is plastered, and the facade is lined to imitate ashlar, while other areas are rendered with pebbledash. The roof is covered with plain tiles, with some pantiles at the rear. The house has two storeys and an attic, and presents a symmetrical 19th-century facade with three window ranges that contain non-opening casements. The doorway features a four-panel door, with the upper two panels glazed. There is a central internal stack in the front range and an external stack on the rear gable.
