Description

Oakwood is a house dating from the late 16th century to early 17th century. It is timber framed and plastered, with a modern red brick casing on the gable end and a pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, featuring a two-window range. The ground floor has sashes with glazing bars in flush frames, while the first floor includes one large pane sash window and one three-light casement window. There are two doorways, each with a mid-20th century half-glazed door. An internal stack is present.
