Description

Townend Villa is a 18th century or early 19th century, two-storey building constructed of red brick. The centre of the villa breaks forward by 4.5 inches and features a plinth and a slate roof. It has three sash windows, which include glazing bars and gauged flat arches. The entrance consists of a six-panel door set in a solid frame, topped with a segmental arch and a fanlight, and is positioned within a wide recess.
