Description

This is an early 17th-century building situated on the east side of Ballygate. It is a two-story building with two windows. The building is constructed of red brick, which has been lime-washed. It is believed to have been built in 1654. The first floor features an applied mock timber frame. Notable features include a toothed eaves band, pantile roofing, and end chimneys. The entrance is through a ledged door. The windows are casement windows, some with mullion and transom lights, and are leaded. Inside, the doors are hewn and ledged, fitted with wrought iron strap hinges, including a boarded door that is in-and-out.
