Description

13 Theatre Street is an 18th and 19th century building on the south side of Theatre Street. It is a two-story building with one window on its front facade. The building has a front gable topped with stone coping. The upper windows are casement windows, and the first floor has a three-light mullion transom window. The ground floor features a sash window with glazing bars set in a flush frame. A recessed entrance is sheltered by a simple wooden case. A cellar is present beneath the building. Numbers 7 to 13 (the odd numbers) form a group.
