Description

Bark Barn is a farmhouse dating from the late 16th century to early 17th century, with the earlier section located to the north. The building has 20th-century extensions at the rear. It is constructed with a timber frame and plaster, and features a roof covered with mid-20th-century concrete pantiles. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has a two-window range with 2-light and 3-light casements. There is an internal stack, and the entrance doorway is located within the 20th-century extension. The interior has been significantly modernised, showcasing exposed timbering and three blocked diamond mullion windows in the rear wall.
