Description

Knoll Cottage is a 17th-century house that was once a pair of cottages. It features a timber frame and plastered exterior with a thatched roof. The building is single storey with an attic and has a two-window range with three-light casements. There are two eyebrow dormers and an internal stack. The west elevation includes a boarded door set within a 20th-century rendered brick and pantiled porch. To the east, there is a mid-20th-century single storey extension made of rendered brick, with pantiles, small pane casements, and a glazed door.
