Description

No. 4 Benhall Place Cottages is a 17th-century cottage that was built alongside the adjacent house, now known as Nos. 1-3 Benhall Place Cottages. The cottage features a timber frame with plaster and some brick facing, topped by a pantiled roof. It is a single storey with an attic. The east facade has two windows with casements and a boarded door. There is a single dormer under a catslide roof and two gable end stacks. To the north, there is a brick lean-to.
