Description
Stratford Hall is a house that likely has a core dating from the late 16th century to early 17th century, with an early 18th century brick casing and later enlargements along with significant modernisation. The building is timber framed and features a red brick casing, with a roof covered in modern plain tiles. It has two storeys and the east facade displays a three-window range with 19th century three-light casements that have square leaded panes and segmental arches. There is an asymmetrical doorway with a 19th century brick porch, a modern boarded door, and a semi-circular fanlight with glazing bars. The north facade includes some early 18th century cross windows with leaded panes and flat brick arches, along with two windows featuring diamond panes and two dummy painted windows. The stacks have been rebuilt with grouped flues.
