Description
Post Office Stores is a house and shop dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features a pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a three-window range. The windows are sashes with glazing bars set in cased frames, and they are topped with flat brick arches. The doorway is asymmetrical and includes a six-panel door with a reeded architrave and roundels, along with a semi-circular fanlight that has been blocked. To the right side of the building is the shop, which has two modern windows and a central doorway featuring half-glazed double doors, reeded pilasters, and a fascia with a cornice.
