Description
14 Church Street is an early 19th-century building that has undergone some alterations. It is constructed of red brick, which is mostly painted. The building features red gauged flat arches above sash windows that have margin bars. The roof is covered with pantiles. Notable elements include a former shop front with a wooden case that has medium-sized panes, pilasters, and a dentil entablature. There is a recessed splayed entrance and a separate entrance leading to number 16, which is set back and has a six-panel door with fielded panels and an oblong fanlight. Numbers 2 to 30 (even) form a group with this building.
