Description
Number 12 on Church Street is a late 18th-century building that stands two stories high with an attic and features three dormers. It is constructed of red brick and has a dentil eaves cornice, a first-floor band, and a plinth. The building has six sash windows with flush frames and flat arches, although the glazing is modern. The entrance has a four-panel door, which was originally a six-panel door; the upper four panels are joined and have modern leaded glazing. This door is set in a wood case with fielded panel reveals and an entablature topped with an enriched pediment. There is also a segmental arched side entrance on the right. Number 12 is part of a group that includes numbers 2 to 30 (even).
