Description

No 140 on Castle Street is a former building numbered 166, dating from the early 19th century. It is a two-storey structure made of brick, with a colour-washed finish, a toothed eaves band, and a pantile roof featuring end chimneys. The building has two sash windows with glazing bars and flush frames, set beneath segmental arches. The pointed entrance doorway is accompanied by a modern porch.
