Description

Sole Bay Cottage is a house dating from the early 19th century, with alterations made in the late 19th century. It is constructed of gault brick and features a hipped roof covered with black-glazed pantiles and a brick ridge stack.

The exterior has a two-storey, two-window front. The entrance consists of a six-panelled front door with glazed top panels, which is set beneath an overlight with glazing bars and a gauged skewback arch. To the left of the entrance is a two-storey canted bay window that contains 0/0 and 2/2 horned sashes. On the right side of the first floor, there is a glazed and panelled French door, although the balcony that once accompanied it is now missing.

The interior has not been inspected.
