Description
The White Horse is a public house dating from the late 16th century to early 17th century, with a 19th-century facade. It is a single range building constructed in two stages, featuring a timber frame that is plastered, with plain tiles on the front and pantiles on the rear. The right side is a single storey with an attic, while the left side has two storeys. The building has three windows, which are three-light casements with pointed arches and square leaded panes. The right section includes two gabled dormers and a lobby entrance with a four-centre arched door and a rustic timber porch. The left section has a four-panel door with a similar porch. Inside, there is an internal stack with four grouped octagonal flues, and an external stack is located on the left gable.
