Cottage, mid C19. Flint, with yellow brick dressings; plaintile roof with crest tiles. 2-storeys. Casement windows with pointed arches, modern door. East elevation with gabled porch, blocked doorway; 2 hipped dormers with leaded case- ments. South gable end with tall arched traceried window with hood mould. Ornamental bargeboards; ridge stack.
