Description
The Grove Farmhouse is a farmhouse that dates from the early 18th century, featuring a rear range from that period and a front range from the 19th century. It has a double span design and is constructed of red brick with pantile roofs. The building stands two storeys tall with an attic and has a four-window range. The windows are sashes set in recessed frames with glazing bars, and they are topped with gauged brick arches. The entrance doorway is notable for its reeded architrave with roundels, and it includes a six-panel door that is raised and fielded, complete with a semi-circular fanlight and radiating glazing bars. Red brick stacks are located at the gable ends.
