Description
Glebe Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the early to mid 17th century that has undergone significant alterations. There is a 20th-century addition on the left side. It may have originally been a three-cell lobby entrance, but one bay has been demolished. The building features an outshut on the right gable and is constructed of timber framing with plaster and a pantiled roof. It has two storeys and an attic, with two 20th-century windows that have fixed lights, casements, and top vents. There is a large red brick stack on the left gable end, which may be the original axial stack of the house, and another red brick stack on the right gable end. The interior retains some remains of the timber frame.
