Description
Sink Farmhouse is a farmhouse mainly dating from the late 18th century, with an older dairy and cheesehouse wing to the south. The main house is constructed of red brick and features a roof of pantiles, with a small section of plain tiles at the rear. It has two storeys and an attic, with a three-window range. The ground floor has small pane sash windows in flush frames, while the first floor features 20th-century casements without glazing bars, all set beneath segmental arches. The central doorway has a 20th-century half-glazed door, and there are two flat-roofed dormers under a hipped roof. The dairy wing is made of painted brick on the ground floor, with timber framing and plaster above, and has a pantiled roof. It also has two storeys and slatted windows, along with a single-storey brick and pantiled extension to the south.
