Description

Nos 13 and 15 on the north side of Thoroughfare were built in 1852. This two-storey building is constructed of red brick and features a wooden eaves cornice, a central steep pediment, and a five-light bow mullion transom casement window on the first floor. There are floor and cill bands, and sash windows on the sides, including one three-light window on the left. The entrances are arched and have fanlights with stone dressings. On the corner, No 13 has a gabled end on the return to the west, which includes a canted mullion transom bow window on the first floor with a leaded half dome and wing lights.
