Description
Holton Terrace comprises six early 19th-century houses built of Suffolk yellow brick. The two-storey buildings have a plinth, slate roof, wide plastered eaves, and a bed mould. Each block of six windows features four brick pilasters. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, stone sills, and flat arches. The front doors are modern, glazed and panelled, set within solid frames and retain original arched fanlights above on numbers 1, 2, and 3. Numbers 4, 5, and 6 have oblong fanlights instead. Nos 1 to 6 form a group valued for their architectural contribution to the area.
