Description
The gateway immediately northwest of the coach house and barn at Cockfield Hall dates from the early to mid-19th century and is designed in the Neo Tudor style. It is constructed of red brick and covered with plain tiles. The gateway features a three-centre moulded entrance arch with a hoodmould above. At the corners, there are square buttresses topped with moulded brick pinnacles, and the structure has crowstepped gables with moulded brick apex pinnacles. The early to mid-19th century walling connects the gateway to the dairy range on the west and the coach house and barn on the east.
