Description
Wantisden Hall is a house designed in an 'L' plan, dating from the 18th and 19th centuries, with a red brick facade that covers a mid-16th century timber-framed and plastered core and rear wing. The building features plain tiles and crow-stepped gable ends, and it stands two storeys tall with an attic. The front has three windows; the upper windows are casements, while the lower storey has sash windows in flush frames with glazing bars and flat brick gauged arches. The entrance doorway includes a half-glazed door with glazing bars, topped by a segmental gauged arch with flat soffits. There are two octagonal detached chimney stacks, each with a moulded base and square caps.
