No. 70 on Water Street is an 18th-century building constructed from flint with brick dressings, featuring a gable facing the street. The roof is tiled and has a mansard style. The building stands two storeys tall with attics and includes one range of leaded casement windows. The entrance to No. 70 is located at the eastern end of the window range, next to Nos. 71 to 73, which are adjacent to the west.
