Description

No. 161 on High Street is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall with an attic. It features two windows and two hipped dormers. The front is tiled and painted, with a moulded wooden eaves cornice. There is a modern shop front, but the original doorway, which has a rectangular fanlight, is now part of No. 163 to the north. The glazing bars above the ground floor windows are intact.
