The centre part of the building projects forward as a tetrastyle vestibule, featuring plain pilasters, a frieze, and a pediment. A central semi-circular headed window with glazing bars is set within this vestibule. To the north of the vestibule is a small porch with semi-circular arches, and to the south a matching open arch. The north and south sides are brick (painted) and feature a three-window range of semi-circular headed windows with glazing bars, marked by a raised impost band.
