Description
This is a 16th-17th century timber-framed and plastered building located on Lavenham High Street. It has a gable facing the street and a roof covered in modern tiles. Originally, the upper storey was jettied (projecting outwards), but it has since been underpinned at ground floor level. The front has been renovated and has a false timber framing applied. The building has one bay, with a casement window on the upper storey and an early 19th century former shop window on the ground storey.
