A C17-C18 timber-framed and plastered house standing approximately 70 yds south-east of Oaklands (qv). 2 storeys. Small casement windows. Roof corrugated iron (formerly thatched), with a central square chimney stack. At the time of the survey it was standing empty and dilapidated.
