Description

This is a 17th-century building on Benton Street, with later alterations, particularly in the 18th century. It is timber-framed and plastered, with tiled roofs. A cross wing extends from the north end, built in brick and with a brick ground-floor front. The front elevation has been considerably altered, displaying a four-window range of which three are sash windows with glazing bars. A central doorway is topped by a flat hood supported by fluted pilasters. It is included on the listing for its group value, as numbers 90 to 118 form a group.
