Description
The Manse is a 18th-century building located on Benton Street. It is a three-storey structure with an attic and features three dormers. The exterior is constructed of red brick, topped with a mansard roof that is tiled. The building has a three-window range with flush-frame sash windows that include glazing bars, and the central upper window is particularly notable. The design follows the Palladian style, characterized by a small wooden modillion eaves cornice. The entrance is highlighted by an open pediment hood above a Doric doorcase. The Manse is part of a group that includes Nos 90 to 118 (even), as well as the outbuilding and garden wall of No 90.
