Description
Rodbridge House is a two-storey building that features a 17th or 18th century red brick wing extending to the east and an early 19th century block made of Suffolk gault brick at the west end. The east wing has a range of three windows, while the west block has five windows on the west front and one window on the ends, all of which are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The upper storey windows of the east wing are leaded casements, and four of the windows on the west front are blocked behind the original windows. A Doric portico with fluted columns, frieze, and cornice projects from the center of the west front. The roof of the east block is tiled and features a central chimney stack with attached shafts, while the roof of the west block is hipped and covered with slate, showcasing a wide overhanging eaves soffit supported by brackets arranged in groups of three.
