Description

This is a 17th-century timber-framed house located at 11 Bridge Street, Bures St Mary. The house was altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. The first storey is jettied, projecting at two levels, while the ground storey is partly built out with brick and colourwashed. It has two floors and a two-window front, featuring 20th-century casement windows. A cart entrance at the west end has been blocked and replaced with a plain doorway. The roof is tiled, using old tiles.
