Description

The Bures St Mary Post Office is a late 18th century or early 19th century red brick house that has been colourwashed on the west front. It stands two storeys high and features a three-window arrangement on the west front, which includes a 20th-century shop front on the ground floor. The south front also has a three-window range, with a central doorway that is adorned with pilasters and a cornice. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars, set in plain reveals. The roof is hipped and covered with slate.
