Description

High Street Farmhouse is a 16th to 17th century timber-framed and plastered house originally shaped like an L, with wings extending to the east and south. A modern brick-faced block, which is plastered, has been added to the west side of the original structure. The farmhouse is two storeys high and features a three-window range with modern mullioned and transomed casements. There is a central doorway, and the roof is tiled and hipped on the front block. At the south-west end of the original block, there is an original chimney stack with a diagonal shaft.
