Description

Hill House is an early 19th-century plastered house located on the High Street in Long Melford. The south front features double pilasters at the quoins and between the windows. The building is currently covered in roughcast. It is two storeys high with a three-window range. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars and margin side panes. A central doorway is sheltered by a flat hood. The roof is tiled, with hipped ends to the east and west. It has a stuccoed fascia and overhanging eaves supported by brackets arranged in groups of three.
