Description

This is a row of four early 19th-century houses located on the south-east side of Ballingdon Street. The houses are constructed of Suffolk brick with slate roofs. They present a symmetrical 3:6:3 window range, featuring mainly sash windows with glazing bars. Each side block projects forward. The central block is distinguished by a recessed stone Ionic porch. The ground floor windows are topped with moulded stone lintels resting on consoles. Numbers 10 to 18 form a cohesive group.
