Description

14 and 15 Ballingdon Street are early 19th-century buildings constructed of painted brick. They rise three storeys and feature four windows, which are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The eaves board is adorned with paired brackets and there are decorative bands. The buildings have two entrance doorways, each with panelled architraves and flat heads, one of which includes brackets. Number 15 has a ground floor that is divided by pilasters topped with acroteria. These properties, along with numbers 10 to 18 Ballingdon Street, form a cohesive group.
