Description
No. 93 Ballingdon Street is a two-storey house built in the 18th century. It features a timber frame with plastered walls and has hipped roofs that are tiled on both the east and west sides. The front of the house has a three-window range with sash windows that include glazing bars, except for the front window. At the back, there is a 19th-century wing. The central entrance is highlighted by a doorcase with an open pediment and an arched radial bar fanlight above a six-panel door. The house also has a wood modillion eaves cornice. Surrounding the property is a lawned garden on three sides. This is a well-preserved detached house. It is part of a group of listed buildings on the north-west side, which includes The King's Head public house and The Transport Café on Bulmer Road.
