Description

This is an early 19th century building located on the north-west side of Ballingdon Street. It has a grey brick front and two storeys. The roof is slate-covered, and there are three sash windows on the first floor, with glazing bars. A central doorcase set up steps features pilasters and panelled reveals, leading to a six-panel door. The building is included on the heritage list due to its group value. It forms a group with numbers 74 to 92 on Ballingdon Street, and with The King's Head Public House and The Transport Cafe on Bulmer Road.
